2.Durable Stitching is applied to all our products both inside and outside. And we add double stitching to quadruple stitching or use extra patches on all the stress places, such as the corner, the joint and the forced parts.


3.To reach the best specification of 1440DPI. We use advanced technical machine, the Polaris 512 high precision guide rail inkjet printer. After the printing, we will cover a UV protection oil layer to keep the image lasting bright, shining and protect from sunshine.



4.We use strong PVC bags to pack the inflatable and cartons for blowers. Pasting corresponding mark at package to let you easy to clear your goods. If you need any other requirements on package, we will help you do well. We also offer box customized for blower.  



5.Cautions:
A. If soaked in the rain, product should be spread out and air dry before repacking and storing.
B. Carefully folding after using and store in a dry place; Use desiccating agents (provided in the original packages) for a long period of storage.

Q. Can adults get your inflatables?
A: Absolutely. Our moonwalks, combos, slides, and obstacles are built to withstand adult use. In fact, you might be surprised just how many adults use our inflatables !

Q: Do you pay for the shipping or it is the customer who pays for the shipping? 
A: It is the customer who pays for the shipping. The prices in our catalog are only for our merchandise. We do, however, receive on average an 80% discount from the shipping companies we work with, which we pass on to our customers.

Q: Can we customize the units with our choice of colors?
A: Yes you can choose your colors at no additional cost. 

Q: How long will it take to make any of these inflatables if they are not in stock. 
A: The regular bounce houses usually take 3-4 days, combos take 3-4 days, and much larger items like water slides and inflatable obstacle courses can take anywhere from 3-6 days. Custom made orders take about 6-10 days, depending on the style, size and structure.

Q: What happens if I want to purchase something that you do not have?
