5) Inflation Step
Open the valve, Connect the power of blower
Put the entrance of the blower insert the valve
Turn on the blower
Close the valve when the balloon filled with air
Must be pay more attention about the valves, must be open it and twist the inside sticks, then can connect the air pump and inflate. Deflate is same way. 

6)  How to repair? 
Cut small piece down first from repair material. 
Glue it and the broken part
Put on the broken part when dying to dry. 
Press tightly
